This petition is deeply personal. Multiple victims of Scott Micke-Arnold were close to me, and tragically, one has passed away due to his actions. The owner of Peace of Mind, Arnold-Micke is currently being charged with one count of transportation of a minor to engage in a criminal sex act. According to the United States Attorney’s Office, it is alleged that from approximately spring 2018 through fall 2020, Arnold-Micke transported a child who was as young as 11.

These horrific crimes cannot go unpunished. It's crucial that we ensure justice prevails for these innocent victims who have suffered unimaginable pain and trauma at the hands of this man. We must send a clear message that such heinous acts will not be tolerated in our society.

There’s six other victims and he continued to show actions that showed he didn’t want to stop and the courts and Scott are currently in pre trial negotiations to try and get him to serve a lesser sentence he’ll plead guilty but will have a shorter sentence it isn’t right.
