The Latest Progress:

I spoke again at the November District board meeting and I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the three parents who also took the time to speak, especially knowing it was a challenging experience for them. Your voices and support mean so much, and I am truly grateful for your involvement.

Additionally, I spoke at the Irvine Special Education Community Advisory Committee meeting. Please note that the video was recorded from their live stream.  The audio and video quality may not be ideal, and the camera shift awkwardly during the speech. Regarding the latest response from the Superintendent’s office, they have informed me that there is no additional information beyond what was previously provided. It seems that despite community members speaking out, the District maintains that an individualized approach is preferable to a global one.

The next Board meeting is on December 17th.
