Coming up to the 200,000 supporters

Thank you to everyone who has taken hold of this petition and ran with it I have personally been a passionate voice for many aspects of animal welfare and in particular dogs. We are a nation of dog and cat lovers, as seen by the response this petition has received in the short time it has been running. I applaud you all.
 for your amazing effort so far

It is a pity our masters in parliament still see dogs or cats as inanimate objects, something without feeling or sentience, therefore if they are stolen it is seen as a petty crime.

The way this is going it could reach a massive audience, that will hopefully make our MPs understand that the people do not feel the way that they do and that pets are family not possessions.

Pet Theft is a horrendous crime and the punishment must fit the crime the only way that can happen is to shout out to parliament that enough is enough. Please share this petition to everyone you can, and make our voices heard.
