It's been almost a month since Elm Square got three major changes:

1. No Turn on Red for Main St traffic
2. Exclusive Pedestrian Phase, whereby all vehicular traffic has red lights while all pedestrian crossing lights are active
3. A dedicated left-turn lane for southbound Main St vehicles
