254 down. 246 to go.

I never wanted to know what it felt like to lose someone this way.

To sit in a doctor’s office and hear there were no more options.
To spend nights searching for clinical trials that didn’t exist in our province.
To wonder—every single day—what if things had been different?

But I do know. And so do too many other families.

That’s why this petition matters. Because no one should have to wonder if geography, funding delays, or a lack of national guidelines kept their loved one from getting the best possible care.

Right now, we’re halfway there—254 signatures in. But we need 246 more before April 3rd to make the government listen. If we hit 500, this petition will be officially recorded in Parliament and presented by Seamus O’Regan.

It won’t bring back the people we’ve lost. But it could change the future for those still fighting.

So if you’ve ever felt that impossible mix of grief, frustration, and what ifs, take 30 seconds to turn it into action:

✅ Sign e-5186 (Change.org signatures don’t count—this does)
✅ Tag your MP and ask where they stand
✅ Share this with someone who needs to see it

We don’t get second chances with pancreatic cancer. But we have this chance—to demand better. Let’s make it count.
