If you’ve ever lost someone too soon, you know the feeling. That impossible mix of grief, frustration, and the question that never stops circling: What if?
What if we had known sooner? What if we had access to the right treatment? What if the system had worked the way it should have?
For pancreatic cancer patients in Canada, these “what ifs” are the difference between life and death. And right now, far too many families are forced to wonder why their loved ones didn’t get the same options as someone in another province.
This week, we tried something different. We spent a few days creating a visual representation of our petition growing, inflating a pancreas as support builds. It’s a way to show what we already know: the more people who speak up, the harder it is to ignore this issue.
The problem is simple. Where you live in Canada should not determine whether you have access to clinical trials, genetic testing, or life-saving treatments. But right now, it does.
That’s why we’re pushing for 315 more Canadians to sign e-5186 before April 3, 2025. If we hit our goal, the government is legally required to respond. It’s not just about signatures—it’s about making them listen.
We don’t get second chances with pancreatic cancer. But we do have this chance—to demand better for the people fighting now and the ones who will face this disease in the future.
Take 30 seconds to make a difference:
✅ Sign e-5186 (Change.org signatures don’t count—this does)
✅ Tag your MP and ask where they stand
✅ Share this with someone who needs to see it
We don’t have time to wait. Let’s make them listen. See the video below.
