Interesting article about the Openreach & BT Monopoly (Not that we didn't know)

Sorry for the lack of updates. I've just secured my job by passing my probation (no thanks to Openreach & BT) but still, WOOHOO.

I've had to call an Engineer out already due to a big speed drop but it's largely been ok and working well which means I can work from home 2 days a week, I've had a huge credit £400 plus applied to my account for the hassle. It doesn't come close to how much this has cost me but it's something.

Not exactly a shock to anyone that has dealt with BT & Openreach but here's an interesting take on the Monopoly that still exists:-
