BREADS SHOULD BE MAINLY WHOLEGRAIN FLOUR HEALTHY BREADS WITH SEEDS, NOT MAINLY UNHEALTHY REFINED WHITE WHEAT FLOUR BREADS MIXED WITH THE UNHEALTHIEST REFINED WHITE SUGAR AND REFINED CHEMICAL SALT AND FULL OF ADDITIVES. 

CHIPS SHOULD BE MAINLY UNPROCESSED POTATOES WITH THE SKINS ON AND COULD BE AIRFRIED OR OVEN COOKED AND NOT MAINLY DEEP FRIED PROCESSED POTATO CHIPS MIXED WITH VARIOUS ADDITIVES AND BLANCHING CHEMICALS.

EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE TAUGHT THE GOLDEN RULE OF COOKING: WHATEVER YOU PREPARE TO EAT OR DRINK HAS GOT TO BE HEALTHY!!

HEALTHY MEALS ARE A BASIC NEED IN LIFE. MANY PEOPLE HOWEVER ARE NOT GETTING THEM IN THE WEST! 

Many children, teenagers and adults are NOT being taught about healthy carbohydrates in schools and homes properly. Many children leave school at the age of 16, after 10 years of full time study and they are addicted to white bread and unhealthy carbohydrates causing them major health problems for life sometimes! The school kitchen staff are putting unhealthy refined white wheat products or processed potato carbohydrates in front of children every day!! PARENTS/CARERS AND SCHOOLS SHOULD BE SERVING MAINLY HEALTHY CARBOHYDRATE PORTIONS TO ALL CHILDREN EVERY DAY eg:

1 Wholemeal bread

2. Plain boiled white rice and brown rice

3. Freshly boiled potatoes with the skins on in a potato salad

4. Oat based meals

5. Airfried 100% unprocessed potato chips with the skins on

6. Roast potatoes with the skins on made from 100% fresh unprocessed potatoes.

7. Roast sweet potatoes or airfried unprocessed sweet potato chips

IF CHILDREN ARE ALL SUPPORTED TO HAVE HEALTHY COMPLEX CARBOHYDRATES PREPARED IN A HEALTHY MANNER IN ALL SCHOOLS AND HOMES EVERY DAY THEN THEY WILL HAVE BETTER HEALTH AND MORE SUCCESS IN LIFE. THEN THEY ARE MORE LIKELY TO BECOME HEALTHY MEAL COOKS, CHEFS AND BAKERS AS ADULTS INSTEAD OF BECOMING UNHEALTHY FAST FOOD COOKS IN LIFE.

SCHOOLS SHOULD BE ENCOURAGING CHILDREN TO COOK HEALTHY MEALS EVERY DAY AND TO EAT THEM EVERY DAY. THEY SHOULD BE ENCOURAGING CHILDREN TO COOK HEALTHY MEALS EVERY DAY AS THEIR JOBS AS ADULTS.

SCHOOLS SHOULD NOT BE PRODUCING MAINLY COOKS AND CHEFS THAT PRODUCE FAST FOOD AND UNHEALTHY CARBOHYDRATES EVERY DAY! SCHOOLS SHOULD DISCOURAGE STUDENTS FROM PRODUCING, SELLING AND SERVING MAINLY UNHEALTHY CARBOHYDRATES AS THEIR DAY JOBS AS ADULTS BECAUSE THEIR HEALTH AND THE HEALTH OF THE COMMUNITY IS IMPORTANT.

ADVERTISERS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROMOTE MAINLY UNHEALTHY MEALS BASED ON UNHEALTHY CARBOHYDRATES  EVERY DAY. PEOPLE MUST NOT ENCOURAGE CHILDREN, TEENAGERS AND ADULTS TO EAT MAINLY UNHEALTHY CARBOHYDRATES EVERY DAY!! 

PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION TODAY AND HELP IMPROVE ALL THE CARBOHYDRATE OPTIONS ON EVERY MENU, IN EVERY RESTAURANT AND CAFE, IN EVERY CANTEEN AND KITCHEN, IN ALL FOOD SHOPS AND SUPERMARKETS.
