John the Great Dane with heart murmur

URGENT! URGENT!! Has until Friday or PTS.
John* - 4.5 years old Great Dane, 130 lbs, in Greater Vancouver. He has a heart condition.
He needs immediate foster by this Friday or will be PTS.
I was contacted by the family seeking immediate fostering/adoption of their dog. The urgency is extremely dire. John does have aggression that can be downtrained and stabilized. His dysfunctions are due to self esteem, high codependency with a narrowed emotional envelope. These are dysfunctions that I can address if he is adopted (or fostered just to give him a temporary reprieve while we try to find him a furever home).
Due to John's heart murmur condition (his sire passed away from DCM just five days after he was born). John's family limited his social interaction in concern of his health. The family understands this was detrimental and contributed to their dog becoming aggressive.
I will DONATE LIFETIME TRAINING AND SUPPORT to anyone that adopts him. This is URGENT to save a sick dog's life. Please share if you know anyone that can help...medical issues can also be expensive which makes this a rather heart-wrenching circumstance.
John needs a mellow yet light to moderately active couple or single person. If you like Velcro Great Danes...he's quite affectionate. John is understandably insecure meeting other dogs...I can help with that. John worries small children might hurt him...all his psychological issues...is able to be downtrained and stabilized.

Unfortunately, neither myself nor my rescue org Arf Arf Bark Bark Rescue has the budget at this time to save John...my raw diet for my rescues and personal dogs is almost 400 lbs/monthly coupled with the pandemic.
Alternatively, if there are people willing to sponsor John, I would seriously consider rehabbing him.
*John is not his real name. But hey...when was the last time you met a dog named John?
