#bcspca has made no public statement. Does anybody know if they're still saving dogs? Where are all the orgs that jumped in as intervenors? Was it of interest only when it was legally semantical?

We know it's going to be 'business as usual' but really...one symbolic act of mercy...will one of those leaders please stand up? I mean, this isn't as tough as an #Impeachment
