I am pleased to announce an update from Honourable Ken Hardie about this petition...OUR petition...to legally criminalize human consumption of dog and cat meat in Canada.

Honourable Ken Hardie has maintained his commitment to protecting the lives of our beloved dogs and cats from the illegal activities of killing dogs and cats as food.

From Honourable Ken Hardie's email (sent to me from his private government email, attached), he anticipates presenting our petition, with 100,000+ signatures, to the House this December.

This required Honourable Ken Hardie to communicate with both the Minister of Agriculture and Minister of Justice for viability.

Thank you to my supporters and donors that have helped share our petition. Each signature...each voice...can make into Law what we once thought impossible.
