After watching this video men look like demons. Where exactly is India heading to? And what is keeping the govt from amending the 62 year old animal law which punishes the criminals with a bail amount of only Rs.50? Had there been a harsher punishment then not a single dog would have died in Karala and other parts of the country. And no one would have dared beaten a pet dog with rod for barking at night. Just how many more deaths are needed to wake the Indian govt from their deep sleep? Does the life of an animal means nothing to the government? What are the animal welfare ministries and deprs doing?
