The District magistrate of Badaun, Uttar Pradesh has thrown out six puppies and their mother out of her bungalow. She called the municipal workers and got them removed. Apparently she has done this last year as well. The puppies were picked up like a piece of trash by the workers (Pic in the post). In India district magistrates are alloted huge bungalows with sprawling lawns. It's quite possible that the dog may have dilevered babies in one of the open areas in the bungalow.
Well we do not expect the magistrate to keep them as pets at home but the magistrate could ensure the safety of the dogs. Instead of asking the municipal workers to throw them out of her house and that too in such a cruel manner, she could have asked them to treat them with compassion and asked them to make a dog house outside the bungalow so that the mother and her puppies could be safe in this cold winter. Relocation is happening non stop in India that too in this freezing cold. Four puppies have been relocated from a residential society in Ghaziabad and the mother dog is helplessly looking for her babies everywhere. She has stopped eating eating and drinking anything. In Jhotwara, Jaipur Rajasthan a lady hit a dog with a stick and broke his leg. When the caregiver objected to her beastly act the lady started fighting with him and started defending her act. She had no remorse and no guilt. If ones sees the video it's quite clear that these so called educated and quite well to do people of India know nothing about animal laws.
