Caregivers are being tortured, humiliated and even manhandled.
An old lady feeds around three to four dogs in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. A man who is quite young but shameless and a curse on India harasses this lady daily. He abuses her, manhandles her and threatens her that he will relocate the dogs. He has earlier relocated dogs and told the lady that he dumped the dog at a place which is around 200 km away from where they live.
He is again threatening to relocate the remaining dogs. The lady made a complaint with the police but the police did not take any action against this human animal. This man recently tried to catch the dog and put him in the boot of the car. To watch the harrowing story of the lady in her own words and how mercilessly this man tried to catch the dog and dump her in the car kindly go on the link below:

When will the police force of India take animal laws seriously?
When will the police give protection to the caregivers and their voiceless friends?
Relocation of dogs is an offence but does the common man of India know this important rule?
For majority of the Indians cow is a revered animal. She is called Mata (mother) and worshiped.
But unfortunately her condition is no better than the dogs of India especially those who live on the streets.
A caregiver in East Delhi who takes care of cows has a shameful story to share.
A cow who was pregnant delivered a baby in a residential colony in East Delhi in an open area under the sky. The baby died soon after its birth. According to the caregiver the owner had left the cow to die in freezing cold. The caregiver had even made a temporary shed of plastic and sticks for the cows on the barren land which belongs to the DDA (Delhi Development Authority) but the DDA officials removed it saying its not permitted. It's freezing cold in Delhi and it rained heavily just few days back. The poor cow and her baby could not bear the cold. The shed was made of plastic and sticks not of cement and bricks. The shed was made to protect the cows from.the freezing cold and rain and that too for a month or so and not encroachment which is quite a common practice in India. The DDA officials definitely lacked compassion. Encroachment on any barren land is not permitted but was putting a plastic shed for just a month (Jan) to save the lives of few cows encroachment?
The cows are mostly left by their owners to go out in the open. The owners are a part of the dairy industry who are busy exploiting the Gau Mata (cow mother). The owners often abandon the male calf once it's born because it's worthless in today's world. The female calf is kept but she is badly treated. She is kept away from the mother so that she does not consume her mother's milk. Cows can be seen eating the leftover in garbage bins. It's a very common sight in cities and towns.
Anyway the baby died and the mother was in a miserable condition so the caregiver sent the mother along with one more pregnant cow to a cow shelter. To see the poor baby who took birth in the open and died soon after and then her mother licking the dead body of her child kindky go on the link below:

Shouldn't the cow owners of India be punished for treating their cows so badly?
They leave them along with their new borns to be hit by vehicles on the road.
They leave them on the road in scorching heat and in freezing cold without food and water.
These owners leave their cows to eat garbage while they eat food sitting in the comforts of their home.
Is this how a mother should be treated?
New year is right at the corner.. Caregivers are still miserable and the street animals have no reason to celebrate either.
Many dogs have been relocated to freeze in the cold with empty stomach and hostile attacks from other dogs. Many cows are sitting in the open sky in freezing cold without food and water. Many will deliver babies in the shivering cold in the open.......and die.....
Will 2022 bring happiness and prosperity in their life????
We can only hope........and pray.
