A female stray dog was tied to an electricity pole and beaten by three ruthless men in Shalimar, New Delhi (Pic in the post). The dog had given birth to small puppies just few days back. The animal lovers untied the dog who was bleeding profusely and took her to Sanjay Gandhi Animal Care Centre. The dog died the very next day. A complaint has been lodged against the culprits but it seems the police has not yet taken any action against the culprits. For details of the case kindly go on the link below:

This time it is the municipal corporation of Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh which is in news. The administration is picking dogs in the name of sterilization.and relocating them in jungles. Without food and water. Who will punish these govt officers who are blatantly breaking the dog rules?

Well let's hope the honorable judge reconsiders his decision and withdraws his order. The dog rules 2001 clearly says that dogs cannot be relocated and their population may be controlled only by sterilizing them. And just by throwing the dogs in jungle how can their population get controlled?
A cat was killed by a man in Maharashtra and after killing he threatened to kill other cats as well. An FIR has been lodged against him and he has been arrested. Kindly go on the link below to see the how ruthless these people are and how much animals suffer:

A govt employee in Himachal Pradesh has beaten a dog and a cow. It seems the man had a fight with another man and he took out his anger and frustration on these two mute souls. Just imagine this is the level of awareness govt employees have about animal laws.

If only our municipal corporations had seriously and honestly implemented the ABC program and created awareness about it then today these dogs would not have met such a horrible fate.
A dog does not bite without a reason and a dog bite from a healthy dog will never lead to rabies.
Who will tell these facts to the people of India????
How many more cruelties? How many more deaths?
