A policeman in Kishtwar, Jammu killed a dog beating him mercilessly with a stick. Another man standing next to him poured acid on the dog. Just imagine this is the level of awareness and implementation about animal laws in India. Policeman who are suppose to protect dogs are killing them that too in broad day light. Apparently the dog bit him or someone. But is this what the dog deserved? For many Indians any dog that bites is rabid. And if its a stray dog then people just kill him by beating him with sticks and stones. This is the kind of ignorance which exists among the people of India. And even if the dog was rabid did he deserve this kind of a death?

This is most likely a case of Guwahati the capital of Assam. A boy can be seen picking up dog by his tail and then swirling him in the air. And this foolish and mentally sick boy this did most obnoxious act twice. Wonder is this what these young boys learn in their schools and colleges? To enjoy the suffering of a helpless and a voiceless being. After watching this video one feels ashamed of this boy's parents and teachers. Just how have they brought up their boy who finds enjoyment in giving pain to this most sweet and loyal dog. Just watch how the dog comes back to the boy wagging his tail even after being tortured the first time. The second time of course he runs away from this cruel being.
