A Labrador was found killed in Ashok Vihar, New Delhi. It seems he was strangulated with a chain.

In Vijaywada, Andhra Pradesh a chained dog was beaten to death by the neighbour but the police of the area has taken no action against him. More than two days have passed but still no action.

In Gurdaspur, Punjab the municipal corporation workers picked up dogs with tongs and relocated them (pic in the post).

Firstly getting the dogs dumped in jungles or at the outskirts of cities is illegal. And secondly the dogs need not be caught in such a brutal fashion by tongs (pic in the post). They are almost dead and badly injured because of the cruel way they are picked up in by these workers.

If the govt officials are breaking dog rules and relocating dogs that too in such a brutal manner then what can be expected from the common man of India?
