A human devil has chopped the skin of a dog with scissors and then left him to die (pic in the post). This barbaric incident has taken place in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. The dog is in a critical condition.

A dog was beaten very badly with a hockey stick by a boy and when confronted his whole family started fighting with the reporter who opposed this gruesome act. This incident has taken place in Shadipur, West Delhi. The accused family has been opposing the caregivers from feeding the dogs of the area. This incident shows how women too are actively supporting and indulging in dog cruelty. Even after beating the dog they have no guilt and no remorse. They are still ready to beat the dogs. For them dogs bite. These insane people do not know that it is their disgusting attitude which provokes dogs to bite them and bark at them. They do not deserve to be living in a civilized society. When will the State Governments stop turning a blind eye to dog cruelty and caregiver harassment in their respective states?
Will they do anything to help the voiceless and their caregivers? Or are they only interested in human voters majority of whom are dog haters. They hate because of ignorance and various myths attached with Indian stray dog. Pity that the govts have no will to remove the myths which is responsible for so much cruelty and man- dog and man-man conflict
