It seems many Indian schools and colleges have failed to inculcate the feeling of compassion amongst their students. Compassion towards the voiceless. If every parent and teacher of India had taught their children empathy and kindness towards animals then we would not be sharing and watching such obnoxious videos. It's a shame that the young minds of India are deriving sadistic pleasure by torturing the helpless cats and dogs of India.

The above videos clearly show two things:

1 These kids have neither been taught at home nor in school that they are not suppose to torture animals like this. 

2 They have no inkling about animal laws. Had they known that what they are doing is a crime then probably they would not have captured their cruelty on camera and made it viral for the world to see it. It seems they are totally ignorant about laws. Rather for them they are doing something which will make their patents and teachers proud. 

By all likelihood India will come out with harsher and stricter penalties for animal cruelty but it would be of no use if the people are not told about them. It's important that every school and college of India tell their students about the animal laws and teach compassion towards animals.
