Can't believe how people can be so callous and cruel especially when they are doctors. A doctor ran over his car over a sleeping dog in his apartment. It was neither a busy road  nor the dog came running in front of the car. The dog was lying on the floor in an apartment building in a broad day light. The driver must have seen the dog too but he just didn't bother to stop the car. Rather he chose to drove over him as if he was a speed breaker. To watch the video kindly go on the link below:

This is another case of reckless driving where the driver could have easily stopped running over the sleeping dog but instead chose to be bind, cold and heartless.And the worse part is once the dog is hurt these human monsters have no guilt and no remorse.
