There is still hope for a better and happy life for the four legged friends of India. Today on the valentine's Day the young boys and girls of East Delhi celebrated the day by feeding the stray dogs (pic in the post). These young children are members of an NGO called The Social Being. Social Beings work on four causes: Plantation, Cleanliness, Stray animals and the underprivileged chikdren. This is what one of the members Akriti  (M-91 70426 08634) had to say about today's event:

"We try our best to convey our msg to the people around us and also try to make them indulge in such activities. Even today we organised a drive for feeding animals. In Karkardooma where we invited outsiders who love Social service but not doing it.. Areas covered were: Mayur Vihar Phase 2, Preet vihar, Nirman vihar. And IP extension for which almost 80 people joined us..and really felt some change in themselves"

It's so nice to see such young school and college going children coming out of their homes and educating the elderly about street animals.

There is still hope for a better tomorrow for the man's best friend.
