For the past two years Vandana Jain who runs Dogitization campaign ( to create awareness about dog rules and dig behavior in the city of Indore) has been asking the administration of Ratlam in Madhya Pradesh to  start sterilization centres to control the stray dog population in the area but the municipal corporation has turned deaf. The municipal corporation worker has yet again killed a dog. To watch the video of the dog being dragged by the corporation workers kindly go on the link below:

To read about the gruesome act  of barbarism by the same municipal corporation about two years back kindly read the following post:

In another case a man in Palam Gaon, Delhi killed puppies. He first cut them with a knife and then smashed them against a wall. And he did all this for fun. An FIR was lodged against him but he is now out in the open. To read about the incident kindly go on the link below:

If the municipal corporations who are the custodian of stray dogs in India, if they are busy kiling them and if the residencial areas of ministers are not safe for stray dogs of India then what can be expected from an ordinary man of India who often shoos the dog, beats him, poisons him and kills him in the most unimaginable and cruel manner...

It's really high time the Govt came out with stricter punishments for animal cruelty. And penalties should be made harsher for govt workers and administrators than the ordinary man of India.
