Will indians ever change their attitude and behaviour towards dogs? The State Govts, the animal husbandry departments and the municipal corporations are doing nothing about it. The animal laws exist but do people know about them? Are they being implemented?
This is a case of Haryana where a dog has been trapped in a net and then beaten brutally to death. The exact location and the culprits have still not been identified. Watch the video to see how human demons are shamelessly killing a helpless dog:

This is another human demon beating a dog to death in the financial capital of India:

It has been reported that stray dogs are being picked in Pithoragarh in Uttrakhand and being used as a prey to catch tigers (pic in the post). Now this cannot be done without Govt's involvement especially the forest dept. If these people do not know the dog rules then how can we expect the common man of India to know the rules. And the bigger question is why are tigers being captured? Anyway if the news is true then it's a very serious matter.

Is it only the responsibility of the caregivers of India and the NGOs to protect the dogs of India? What are the municipal corporations doing? When will they create the right kind of awareness about dogs in India?
