Just about three days back an animal rights activist Shikha (M- 08072040658) reported a case of a pregnant dog being killed by the corporation workers in Varanasi. She has been trying very hard to file an FIR against the culprits but the police is as usual dilly dallaying. They are saying show the evidence. The least the police could do was register the case. It's a murder of a dog and unfortunately the people who saw the corporation workers killing the dog could not  capture it in their camera. Shikha demanded a postmortem of the dog but the police didn't do it. The body has already been dumped by the corporation workers somewhere. The police and the municipal corporation both are govt bodies and the best part is this is the constituency of our honourable Prime Minister.

The job of the police is to investigate and not to ask for proofs and evidences. A dead body of a dog was there which has been captured in the camera and there are eye witnesses who saw the corporation workers kill the pregnant dog brutally. Isn't that enough evidence for a police to register a case? To watch the video of the dog kindly go on the link below:

Honourable Prime Minister, Varanasi is your constituency. Kindly bring law and order in your area and give justice to the pregnant dog who died due to cruelty committed by the municipal corporation workers.

Now who actually are responsible for the death of the dog? The municipal workers who killed her or the people on whose orders the workers are killing and relocating the dogs in Varanasi?

Jaipur the pink city is still better than Varanasi. At least some good news from here. A dog was beaten up with a stick by a medical doctor just because she entered the house and spoilt the beautiful garden of this intolerant man by digging up the mud of his garden. She had done it just to beat the heat. These monsters neither give the street dogs food nor place water pots for them and on top of it  they have the courage to beat them. What's wrong with these inhuman creatures?

Anyhow the good news is that a good hearted gentleman Viren Sharma not only lodged an FIR against the doctor but also has taken the dog to his home. Wish more Indians came forward and adopted the most adorable creatures from the Indian streets. The caregiver Arundhati is the brave girl who recorded the cruelty on her mobile phone and told Viren about the entire incident. In spite of her parents discouraging her from making a police complaint she stood by the dog and has given her witness to the police. Kindly go on the following link to see both the videos( the cruelty video and the FIR video)

Seeing the commitment and dedication of youngsters like Shikha, Arundhati and Viren one becomes optimistic and starts thinking that the day is not far when the man's best friend will actually be regarded as the man's best friend in India.
