A tiktok video of a cat being hanged with a ceiling and a dog being drowned in a pond had gone viral and everybody was searching for the insane boys who had committed this shameful and unimaginable act.

At last the hunt is over and the boys have been found.

The boy who hanged the cat and found her death very amusing is an 18 year old boy from the state of Tamil Nadu. He was arrested by the police on a complaint of a local animal rights activists Bhagyaraj. He was arrested and now has been released on bail. The boys who killed the dog by throwing him in a pond have also been identified. They are from Ujjain in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Out of the three boys two are minor. They have all been released on bail and are now in the comforts of their home.

Soon after the video got viral the animal lovers across India started hunting for these culprits. One of them was Alok Sharma a dog lover and a resident of Ujjain. After watching the video he instantly identified the pond in which the dog was mercilessly drowned ( the pic in the post) and this vital piece of information was given to the police by Vandana Jain who runs the campaign Dogitization in the city of Indore in Madhya Pradesh. Of course the police must have got information about this case from other sources as well. The animal welfare NGO PFA too was working very hard to trace the culprits and their involvement too must have helped in nabbing them and getting them arrested. It was ultimately PETA India which lodged an FIR against the culprits and got them arested.

In both the cases the culprits are out on bail and the bail amount is merely Rs. 50. Isn't that shameful?
