Such people have no right to live. Puppies were burn alive in the city of Delhi right in front of the eyes of their mother. A man in the city of lucknow, Uttar Pradesh beat a dog with iron rods in the most cruel manner and killed him. The reason why he killed the dog was that he barked. To watch the pain and suffering of the dog and to see the human monster's face who brought this pain to him go to the link below:

That's the kind of tolerance city dwellers and so called educated people of India have towards the man's best friend. 

Just few hours back in the city of Delhi some bike rider ran over a small puppy. And obviously left him to die on the road. It is again the brave hearts of Delhi who came to the rescue of this voiceless soul.
