Don't know the whereabouts of the boy but his tiktok video has gone viral. Just watch how he is holding the dog with his neck, hanging him in the air and then throwing him in the water as if he held a toy in his hand and not a live dog.

Case updates:
This is the Gujarat case where few days back few men killed the dog with sticks and one of them was an old man who was finding the whole exercise quite heroic. Well, sadly no action has been taken by the police yet in spite of the complaint made by the caregivers. No FIR and no arrests. Gujarat is the state to which our Father of the nation belonged. And coincidently our current Prime Minister and the Home Minister also belong to this state. It's really sad to see an animal lose his life and no action yet taken by the administration against the wrongdoers. Kindly go on the link to see the update on the this case.

In Delhi a dog was beaten several times on the head and he died a painful death. In spite of the postmortem report and the witness and a complaint made by the pet owner no action has been taken against the accused. The caregiver / pet owner is not reachable for the last three days. Either he has given up on the case or he has no faith left in the system. Kindly go on the link to see the pain the dog went through before dying. This is the situation of Delhi the capital of India:

Many animal lovers, NGOs and animal right activists are demanding for stricter animal laws in India. There is nothing wrong in it but what's the guarantee that those laws will be implemented by the law enforcers of India?????
The first step towards punishment in any law whether weak or strong is an FIR
If simple FIRs are not being registered by the police of India with weak animal laws then what good will stricter laws do because ultimately the first step for any law will be an FIR.......
