The agony and pain of the dogs and the caregivers has only multiplied after the lockdown. Empty mind is a devil's workshop seems so appropriate here. 

The government has asked for social distancing during the lockdown and urged everyone to stay indoors.

While the caregiver goes out to feed the dogs but what are the dog haters coming out to do?

They come out to do the following:

To stop feeding

To abuse and sometimes even beat the caregiver

To beat the dogs and get them removed.

This is a very normal.and regular feature in India. Even during lockdown the dog haters have not  locked themselves indoors .

Honestly there are just handful of caregivers and to manage the food and water for so many stray dogs that too with so much of resistance from the neighbours and the RWA it's becoming frustrating for them.
