This is the first time in the history of India that a Chief Minister of any state has announced compensation for loss of life of animals in a riot. 

This is indeed a welcoming sign and animal lovers across India are glad and very happy.

Today Delhi feels proud because today every animal of Delhi feels protected. 

We salute the wisdom and foresight of the Delhi Chief Minister. 

The Animal Welfare Board is still sleeping but it seems that the ministers of India have started waking up.
