This incident took place on 30th January 2020 in Mazgaon Dock, Mumbai. Mumbai is the financial capital of India. 

The person is running after the dogs with a bat in his hands. Had the caregivers not been there he would have beaten the dogs with bat. 

On being told that what he is doing is illegal and punishable he says that he knows all law. 

This is what all dog haters tell the caregivers. They know dog laws and nobody can stop them from removing the dogs or beating the dogs.

First they show stones, sticks and bat and then they complain that the dog has bitten them

 The person is an educated Indian and seems to be holding a senior position. 

But is he really educated?

The people across India know nothing about the stray dog laws. Thanks to the most efficient municipal corporations who have been entrusted with this remarkable job of imolementing the ABC programme. 

The situation of the caregivers is the same whether it be Mumbai or Delhi. It is they who come to the rescue of the dogs and tell the rules to the dog haters. 

Every dog does not have the support of the caregivers. 

There are unfortunate dogs who often get victims of human cruelty. 

When will all this stop?
