What can be more cruel than throwing young babies out of the apartment that too during winters.

Supposedly the RWA of Sunehri Bagh Apartment in Sector 13, Rohini (North Delhi) has thrown puppies out of the apartment. Their mother had given birth to them just a few days back. The reporter is too scared to speak out or oppose the residents of the society and too scared to share her contact details.

Not all caregivers have the guts and might to face opposition and humiliation. Only the brave ones do it. 

Now who will speak and fight for the rights of these voiceless puppies who have been thrown out without any guilt or mercy. 

And of course there is no fear of law. Honestly the majority of the people don't even know about the dog laws. It is only the duty and responsibility of the caregivers in Delhi to tell about dog laws to the people around them. 

The government and the municipal corporation has done nothing till now to create any kind of awareness. Dog relocation, removal, killing and beating is  a common phenomenon in the city Delhi.
