Hello, you all, and since August 17, 2025, I wanted to inform you that Ian and Barley Lightfoot are meeting at Oogie Boogie Bash this year in Pixar Pier on the Toy Story Boardwalk. Unfortunately (as of yesterday), Ian now cycles (or gets replaced) between meet and greets with Sadness (from Inside Out)—Barley still remains in this meet and greet location on this day, and speaking of this character, she is my least favorite Pixar character. Since this will be my first Halloween event in the Disney Parks, I am praying and crossing my fingers intensely that Ian will be meetable for me (I know I have already met Barley back in the 2024 Pixar Fest). Nonetheless, please support my petition just in case I don't meet Ian this trip so he can be a common character in the future.
