Halloween is a day that most children and teenagers celebrate globally we stay up late and go trick or treating with friends and family, however schools do not let children have a day off on Halloween and this effects education as we stay up late and forced to stay awake the entire school day with no energy which is unhealthy for a child's physical state and intellectual state.  We are TIRED of the constant exhaustion at school and the worn off candy rush leaving us with zero energy. To argue that children shouldn't stay up late or go trick or treating is outrageous and ruins the passion and purpose of Halloween. My October shouldn't be spent writing this petition in the first place, as Halloween should already be considered a school holiday. We need your help to change this!
