Finish The Ride and Run was held in Griffith Park yesterday in Andrew Jelmert's honor, the half century ride being led by his husband, André Goeritz.

There were around 1600 people in attendance with the message being sent to make our streets safer. And, in particular, make Griffith Park safer  for ALL users of the park.

We had 7 TV stations covering the event, 4 of them covering it live - helping to spread the message for the City to take ACTION on stopping Griffith Park from being used as a cut-through for car traffic. Here are just some of the stories:

ABC7

NBC4

CBS2

THANK YOU to everyone who attended - you are helping in our crusade and I appreciate every one of you.

I need your continued help on the next steps to be heard as a community and to get actual, tangible change in OUR park.
