Make FNaF Movie 2 Darker and Scarier: We Deserve a 16+ Sequel!

The Issue

The *Five Nights at Freddy's* movie had so much potential to deliver a truly horrifying and thrilling experience for fans of the franchise. However, the decision to keep the rating at PG-13 significantly limited its ability to capture the dark and chilling atmosphere that made the games so iconic.

The fans of *FNaF* have grown up with the franchise, and we were expecting a film that would reflect the horror, tension, and mystery of the games. Instead, the movie felt overly toned down, with the animatronics appearing more "cute" than terrifying, and the scares lacking the intensity that fans have come to love.

By aiming for a younger audience, the movie missed out on fully exploring the rich and horrifying lore of the franchise. Even though the film included some violent moments, they were not enough to truly represent the dark nature of *FNaF*.

We, the fans, are asking for the sequel to have a higher rating—16+ or even higher. This would allow for a deeper dive into the story’s horror elements, scarier animatronics, and a more mature tone. By embracing the true essence of *FNaF*, the sequel could become a masterpiece and appeal to the loyal fans who have supported the franchise for years.

We believe that a darker, more intense sequel would not only satisfy the fanbase but also bring in even greater success for the filmmakers.

I'm still happy that you used *The living Tombstone*'s song that is as a hymn for FNaF, so I believe that you can do this! So Blumhouse, please listen to your fans: bring back the horror we know and love in *Five Nights at Freddy's*. Give us a movie worthy of its legacy!
