Today marks the 250th anniversary of when the Declaration of Independence was written. That is a big milestone for our country as we know it. I figured why not share an update for this impressive milestone. We reached this milestone without getting Election Day to be a federal holiday. A little concerning but with some serious effort, we could get this done. Share this petition so more people could sign it. Talk to your representatives in Congress about if you're able to get their information online. Through email or even leave a message by calling them. Whatever you can to help get the idea of making Election day a federal holiday on the agenda. Me sharing by myself won't be enough. You could help me as much as you like.
