Today is the day after Easter Sunday, Easter Monday. I saw this morning Pope Francis had died. I searched it up when there will be a new Pope and it says a new Pope will be chosen 15 to 20 days after his death. In 2025 so far, We had a new U.S. President (Trump replacing Biden after Trump's November 2024 win. with that, a new cabinet as well. Trump may not be new but several cabinet appointments are), Canada had a new Prime minister (Justin Trudeau resigned and Mark Carney became Prime Minister), and looks like we are going to have a new Pope. Why I wanted to update is to spend some time remembering Pope Francis. His legacy will be one of kindness. He was conservative but more progressive than his predecessors with being more open to gays (Who am I to judge?) and accepting scientific theories, that they aren't a contradiction of the Bible and Catholic beliefs and the node of creation (big bang and evolution, says the big bang doesn't contradict a divine power but requires it). I have read his book titled Life.

I still figured to share other petition links even when I feel like this is the day that would be good to skip but I got the habit of it and doing so will help calm my mind. I will have the signature count on the title as "sign. count" for short for updates to show the pace for it.
