Make Dodge Chrysler Jeep, Stellantis Financial Buy Back Faulty Grand Wagoneer

Make Dodge Chrysler Jeep, Stellantis Financial Buy Back Faulty Grand Wagoneer
The Issue
For Mindi and Kyle Bowling, their Grand Wagoneer has been nothing but trouble. Since purchase, the car has spent more time in the dealership shop than it has on the roads of Huntsville, AL. This vehicle has continuously failed to meet even the most basic performance expectations.
The Grand Wagoneer’s frequent and extensive repair needs have caused significant disruptions and inconveniences to the Bowlings, including an incident where a local dealership mistakenly reported a loaner vehicle as stolen. Having no other option amid their own vehicle's repeated failures, they had to resort to a dealership almost an hour away for continued assistance.
So far, their Grand Wagoneer has been to the shop over ten times and, at present, has been in for repairs for over a month. This is an unacceptable failure of guarantee from the manufacturers and sellers, Dodge Chrysler Jeep, and the financiers, Stellantis Financial.
Sadly, the Bowlings aren't alone in their struggle. Many car buyers suffer similar injustices at the hands of dealerships and motor vehicle companies that use complicated contracts and poor vehicle quality to exploit customers. This is a system that victimizes everyday people and urgently needs addressing.
We call upon Dodge Chrysler Jeep, and Stellantis Financial to enforce stricter quality controls on the vehicles they manufacture, finance, and sell, starting with buying back the faulty Grand Wagoneer from Mindi and Kyle Bowling. It's time to stand up for consumers and end such exploitation. Please sign this petition to support our cause. Case number# 90434073
