Government commits to easier Delay Repay claims

You may have recently seen in the media the good news: the Government has now committed to reforming Delay Repay under Great British Railways to allow retailers such as Trainline to help their customers directly to claim their eligible compensation. This is a welcome step forward for rail passengers. Most journeys run smoothly, but when they don’t claiming compensation shouldn’t be another hurdle. Fixing that now and in the future is one way to make rail the most attractive choice for more journeys.
