The reason why I have created this petition is because I personally struggle with making ends meet and being able to afford gas to travel. I'm hoping that you join me in supporting this movement because due to COVID-19 and gas prices rising due to what is going on globally, I understand that I am not the only one who struggles with affording gas at the moment.

Making classes optionally hybrid would reduce stress for students who commute to work and classes, as well as reduce stress when Social Work majors have to commute for their field placements. 

I understand that because of COVID-19, being a full-time student and also working is a struggle, as well as budgeting our money, paying for rent, being able to afford groceries, pay bills, and take care of children or pets is expensive. 

If George Mason cares about our student body, they would make things more flexible for people who are trying to achieve their degree, but are stressed about money.
