Since the new Wattpad terms and conditions have been published, the previous Wattpad users that do not agree with them have migrated to ao3 and are actively trying to alter the site. Due to this, our favorite fics are getting mass banned, our favourite tags are getting reported and writers are losing the will to create new works. To keep ao3 safe from people that do not want to follow the sites only rule, we ask the developers to update the ao3 invite system. We would be grateful if the new invite system included new people having to get two referral codes to create an account, rather than just being invited. We believe this will stop trolls and mass reporters from flooding the site and will preserve the calm environment of AO3.
