Good morning Super Supporters!
Last week I met with decision maker Bodyform. I went to meet two of their representatives at their parent brand Essity’s headquarters in Manchester, to deliver the petition and discuss the campaign.
The meeting lasted around an hour and a half and during this time I spoke to them about the campaign, the unnecessary plastic content in their pads and packaging and the ways that they can bring about change. I also asked questions and raised the concerns of supporters.
Bodyform’s representatives responded to the campaign positively and were pleased to have the opportunity to hear more about it. They were receptive to the concerns I raised and spoke to me about some of their future plans. Although I can’t share anything right now, they have committed to an open dialogue and will be keeping me updated on their progress and any changes they make.
Bodyform invited me to their head office without the campaign taking focused action on them, which is great.
Next week is going to be a big week for the campaign as I’m meeting two decision makers, Superdrug and I’m really pleased to announce Sainsbury’s as well!
As always thank you for all your support, this campaign is having a huge influence on decision makers because of the action you are taking! I will keep you updated with any news as and when it happens.
