Having suffered bullying in the workplace leading to trauma and suicide attempts, I know the pain that bullying causes but it remains something that is not always recorded as a criminal offence.

Often bullying is verbal and pre meditated but not seen as illegal.

Bullying is a hate crime and those guilty should have a criminal record.
