We are students of valley high school in Las Vegas, OUR principal Kimberly Perry Carter know as KPC has been keeping it quiet how students get Sexually Assaulted/Harassed by a teacher and students. They never take action when it come to their attention and never take students seriously when teachers are picking at students for being slightly slow. Most of the teachers don’t know how to keep their hands to themselves or make comments on a students appearance, they take every procedure for when a student is found to have drugs but when a student is found to be sexually assaulted by a teacher/student they’re left off the hook without any punishment but punish the student to continue going back to that class and relive that experience again and again. KPC and the administration are on a power trip against students. After school teachers who are in clubs are barely funded for their club. Mr brown has taken over orchestra, winter/color guard, drum-line, and works on band as well. KPC hasn’t properly funded them and expects him to play for free in after school events. THIS CHANGE we are making right now would show the true light how KPC and the administration tried to keep us shut from the truth and how much danger we are actually in instead of being in a safe environment she says we are in! We needed the right people to talk about it and we are the right people to make a difference and open our mouths so she doesn’t get away another year of misfortune for us as students.
