URGENT: City Council Meeting Alert!

There is a critical City Council meeting scheduled for Monday, July 15, 2024, at 7:30pm in the City Council Chambers at the Government Building located at 12800 Arbor Lakes Parkway N. The agenda for this meeting includes discussions on short-term rentals, such as those on platforms like AirBnB or VRBO

It is imperative that all homeowners who currently rely on or are interested in utilizing short-term rentals attend this meeting. The City Council is considering an ordinance that could potentially restrict or eliminate your ability to earn additional income from these rentals. As of now, there are no existing ordinances limiting homeowners in this capacity, but without community input, this could change.

Your presence and voice at this meeting could make a significant impact in influencing the City Council's decision.
