While we had thought that the 401 Crossing development planned on the old Par Golf location was terminated, our attorney was informed by the Town of Garner on August 2nd that a new hearing regarding the development was being held on August 22nd.

If this is the first you've heard about this, it is because it has not been put out in the public. My assumption is that this is because the developer is trying to minimize the exposure of this hearing.

I'd like to have another community meeting, likely on next Tuesday August 15th to discuss this matter. One of the attorneys representing us will be there to discuss strategy as well.
