Community Meeting Regarding Development at Par Golf at 5pm, Thursday September 22, at the Garner Senior Center.

Hello folks, I know it has been a long time since we've had any direct communications about this, but the summer is over and time for us to get back to work. First, I'm thoroughly pleased with the level of outreach we've seen in our Change.org petition. Over 1,000 of our neighbors have voiced their opinion about this development and we will have a chance to meet some of each other in person.

Further, I'd like to get some of us together to share what we now know about the development and what the process is and where it is currently headed. I've stated before that even though we're up against a myriad of forces dedicated to making this happen, our singular voice will overcome the greed that is driving this and other poorly designed and integrated developments in our community.
