No fly list for False accuser

#NoFlyList4FalseAccuser #UCanBeNextVikas With the great effort from everyone, Vikas Sahdeva has been granted bail under social pressure, but in an ironically unprecedented event Zaira Wasim is considering withdrawing the complaint and pardoning Vikas Sachdeva. What that mean is : 1) Instead of regretting for her actions, she is still playing victim drama. 2) In an ironic event, a false accuser is pardoning the victim, only because criminal is a female and can misuse the laws. ( A very sorry state of our legal system) 3) Option of trial will be taken away from Vikas Sachdeva to prove he is innocent. 4) Whenever he goes to his 9 year old son’s friend’s party, he will be looked upon with doubt as child molester. (As he will never be able to prove his innocence) 5) Zaira Wasim saves herself from truth coming out officially. What damage has already been done to a man’s life : 1) Lifelong scar of being in jail for 10 days. (Which is a big deal for an innocent man) 2) Loss of dignity being branded as child molester. 3) Huge legal expenses to safeguard himself. 4) Trauma for whole family. 5) Restricted to go out of country. 6) Loss in business due to mental trauma. Along with Vikas Sachdeva it is the matter of dignity of every man who is or can be falsely accused due to inaction of Law authorities against false accusers and law misusers . This is not the only case, with precedence of Rohtak sisters and Jasleen Kaur cases coming into limelight, annually more than 80,000 molestation cases gets reported while approx. 7000 turns into conviction. Figure itself shows how prone innocent families are to false cases, whereby frivolous complaints are motivated by publicity , ego or money but actual molestation. Today it is Vikas Sachdeva , tomorrow it can be anyone’s brother , father, son or husband accused of false charges. Do we want to wait to happen it to our families or take action and stop this forever Any inaction by law authorities would mean that extorting and getting favor by means of abusing the law is legal right of law abusers. NO ACTION BY LAW AUTHORITIES AGAINST THE LAW ABUSERS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO THE SOCIETY WE DEMAND : 1. Strict legal action against the law abuser. 2. Zaira Wasim to be added in no fly list (our families are not safe if she is in a flight) 3.
