For too long, the Party Based Electoral System of Canada, has been unproductive for measure of actual resource and national potentials. It is time to change that, and this petition is to present the idea for a "Party Independent", Prime Minister of Canada.

A Prime Minister, that is free to select his cabinet and caucus from among the very best, brightest and most qualified elected representatives and advisers from across all partisan lines.

Can you support the idea, of a Constituent and Citizens biased Prime Minister who seeks to progress the country as the vast potential and true majority demands, and the idea that the PMO use the best and most notable, reliable, noble and desired practices and people to do it? To achieve, "Good Governance", as truly represented by the brightest, most strategic and optimistic minds the country can offer?

If they were all people who truly cared for the wealth and health of the nation and were pro-active, productive and constructive in their approach to advancing the nation.

I, Dean Williams, believe that much, that should be important, has been forgotten and overlooked in modern Parliament, and I personally mean to try and change that. To seek a mandate from signature support, to return it to a full and Proportional Representational Democracy.
