On 9/17/24, I was shown Mac Staloch. While he may not seem like much, he made me realize how many workers at big businesses are underpaid or overworked even when they have better work attitudes or downright work harder than those in higher positions. This is why I’m trying to get Mac into a higher position. He is qualified, and he has an excellent attitude towards the customer AND coworkers.
